Stockcar Dash For Cash This Weekend

Speedway is back this Saturday night at the Robertson Prestige International Speedway after an epic Grand Opening last weekend. This weekend the excitement continues with the Stockcars racing for an added incentive of a Dash for Cash, so who do you think will take home the bonus? Add in the Saloons with their Corvettes, Camaros and Mustangs, and the daredevil Sidecars it’s going to be a massive night!

Another massive field of Stockcars are expected to do battle for the Dash for Cash, picking a winner is anyone's guess. With many of the Stockcar field easily in contention with the cash, following a successful opening night campaign. The new car designs, drivers honing in their freshly rebuilt Stockcars the racing is always hard-fought, no matter who emerges triumphant, so it will be an entertaining night's racing.

There is nothing quite like exhilarating side-by-side Sidecar racing action by the daredevil duos who are fearless on the track. With no brakes, control of the bike is a mixture of throttle control and the body position of the swinger (passenger), which changes during each lap to keep the bike balanced and stable.

Saloons are back for their first time this season at the Central Energy Trust Arena with Corvettes, Camaros and Mustangs racing wheel-to-wheel, with a packed field of drivers ready to put on a spectacular show! Along with the magnificent open-wheel Midgets making their debut for the season with a quality field of drivers ready to entertain the fans at the Robertson Prestige International Speedway. Rounding out a massive night the Adult Ministocks return and make a start to their season as well.

Note: Superstocks were originally scheduled for this Saturday 1st November have been removed from the programme of events due to a round of the Lucas Oil Superstock Series taking place in Stratford this weekend. Sorry for the confusion.
